We didn't match up very well with Gossett. She's very strong and athletic and she seals well once she gets position and she can definitely get off the floor.

We got it down. But give them credit. They responded. We got beat by an outstanding team. If there are many better teams, then we're going to have to reassess our whole recruiting.

When they went to man (defense) we have a lot of plays where we are able to isolate Rachel to get her some looks. To her credit, she was able to knock down shots.

We have improve and I hope that we continue to. We've cut down on our errors, know we have to improve in other areas. Sometimes we hit good and we don't pitch good or our defense is not good. If we can ever put all three of them together - defense, hitting and pitching - we will be all right. Hopefully we will do it during the Easter tournament.

This was a great effort by our guys. One of the keys for us is our defensive intensity. When we play good defense, we're a pretty good team.

Typically it's a Catch-22. A lot of the adults don't like to come in when the kids are in there.

We had a nice base hit to the outfield, and we held the guy at third. We might probably could've pushed him across because the cutoff guy dropped it, so 1-1 then, who knows, but you have to play it safe.

We were able to make some plays down the stretch. We tightened up our defense and offensively we knocked down foul shots and open looks.

Arbor is a national organization and they think they can make a few bucks off the state. But if they don't make their money, they can just leave.

Before, we did it because we thought it was a great idea and we liked it. Then, it became more of a necessity, ... Ideally, we'd all have our own class with 18 children, but that is not what's been funded.
