We're just going to take it day by day. He obviously hasn't run a step since the accident, but the most important thing right now is for him to get healthy. I don't want to speculate on what he might or might not be able to do down the road. We'll think about him running again when the time is right.

I think it's important to change things up every now and then. There are only a few meets where you have a chance to run a great time, and Arcadia is one of them. I thought this would be a good time for him to get some work in. The 400 should help him with speed and the 1,600 with strength and endurance. Both of those things should help him prepare for next week.
