Everybody got a lot of playing time. It was nice to see them start to use their speed on the front line.

The defense was outstanding. (Owen D. Young) didn't have a lot of chances but when they did make a run the defense held its composure.

That's the difference between the sophomore Kim Maida and the senior Kim Maida. The sophomore Kim Maida would have tried to make that play by grabbing the ball, not knowing if she could hold on to it. The senior Kim Maida knows to just slap it away.
