I think it was about more than tennis today. It's really to do with your heart when you are playing against the defending champion and against him in his hometown. It's really difficult to serve it out and finish the match. I think that's the most difficult thing.

I think that it was a really slow start for me again today, just like since the quarterfinals, ... I still believed that I was going to play better in the second set, which I did. His game is really on especially at the moment, so he's tough to play.

It's not the best way to start a tournament, but the good thing is that I've come through. I always start my year here, but striking rhythm in the year's first match is always tough after a two-month break.
