became calm cut family left temple time walked
It was pretty interesting for me that week, my time away from tennis. It was a really calm week. Everything I have ? the phone, the family ? I just cut it, left it behind, walked into the temple and became a monk.
control heart helping hitting meditation nervous next point pumping ready relax running tennis time
It's helping my tennis between the point, not when I'm running and hitting the ball. It's between the point that I have 20 seconds, I control my breathing, like in and out. A lot of time if you don't play well, is because you're getting nervous and you can't control. Your heart is pumping sometimes really quick. Meditation is helping me that I can control my breaths, I can just relax and ready for next point.
ball bangkok break came court exactly good losing second serve trying
It was exactly the same as in Bangkok -- 7-5 in the third, losing my serve at 5-all. I was down a break in the second set and came out with nothing to lose, just trying to put the ball in the court and play good tennis.
face failed final pity reach
It's a pity that I failed to reach the final to face Federer.

break chance draw experience far finish focus full knew looked match second treat
I was down one break in the second set 3-5 but I used my experience to get back to five-all and knew this would give me a chance to finish the match in two sets. I haven't looked too far into the draw but now I play (Noam) Okun and I have to treat this match with full focus and concentration.
against champion defending difficult finish heart playing serve tennis
I think it was about more than tennis today. It's really to do with your heart when you are playing against the defending champion and against him in his hometown. It's really difficult to serve it out and finish the match. I think that's the most difficult thing.
best both enjoyed enjoying fun matches played tennis
I think it's one of the best matches I've played. I think we both had fun and were enjoying it. ... We played our best tennis and enjoyed the match and enjoyed the moment.
again believed game second since slow start tough
I think that it was a really slow start for me again today, just like since the quarterfinals, ... I still believed that I was going to play better in the second set, which I did. His game is really on especially at the moment, so he's tough to play.
best expecting front great home playing tough
I will play Johansson now which will be tough in front of his home crowd, ... It should be a great match. I'll go into it not really expecting much and try to keep playing my best tennis.
playing week
For the whole week I've been playing really well,
attacking caught chance effort failed hope missed next
He was attacking all the way and caught me off-guard. I failed in my effort to get back into the match, but hope to make up for the missed chance next year.
playing service
He was playing great, especially his service game,
attacking caught court movement proved returns serve
He caught me off guard. He was attacking all the way. His serves, returns of serve as well as movement on court proved too much for me.
