gentleman speak wants york
Mr. Cooper, the gentleman from New York wants to speak with you.
chance year
Obviously, we're disappointed. We had a chance to play better (but) we didn't do what we did all year long.
base league national obviously playing time tougher
Obviously we've got to keep monitoring him and his playing time and how we are going to use him. I think this will be better for him because most of the time we are going to use him as the DH. In the National League he had to play first base and that is tougher for his body.

time
One thing with Bobby, every time we say something to him, he does it.
country feeling good great together white
My country, we're not together and we are now and just because the White Sox win. It's a great feeling to be part of that. It's a great feeling to know you do something good for your country - because I know how they feel.
guys hit hitting home wait
Now, we don't have to wait for Thome to hit home runs. Other guys are hitting them for him now.
carried nice pitching score staff team
The pitching staff has carried this team the whole year, but it's nice when you score a lot of runs.
believe change guy guys stick
I'm a guy that doesn't like to change lineups. I believe in the players, I believe those guys got me here, and I'd like to stick with the same people.
faith games win
I have a lot of faith in my bullpen, ... We win a lot of games because of them.
disabled late rule
I have a rule on my team. If you are late and not on the disabled list, you won't be on my team.
fill hope
I have 10 fingers, I hope to fill them with rings.
hate series seven win
I hate Wrigley Field. We'd have to win seven World Series in a row.
bat good guys happening hard last struggling swinging trying week
I feel that we have a better lineup than we're showing. But we have been really struggling the last week and a half. No one in our lineup is swinging the bat well right now. I think some of the guys are trying too hard and good things are just not happening for us right now.
