fact field forward guys help known looking matt proven talking turn winner
I like the fact that we have guys who are known as proven winners. Guys who can help you through the struggles. You can turn to them a lot for help. I'm looking forward to talking to Matt Morris, him being new and a proven winner and talking about what he does on and off the field and in between games.

It's unbelievable to see what he does. He brings a new energy and that's going to help us.

both confident felt five four guys happy helping keeping month pitches run sides starts stuff team throw win work
Work both sides of the plate, keeping guys off-balance. I'm just happy to be on the run I am and helping the team win games, ... I've had five starts this month that I've felt confident in my stuff and able to throw four pitches for strikes.
enjoy helping people since whatever
I enjoy helping people, and it's been something I've done since I was a little kid, helping people out, whatever it may be,
concern contract focus playing regular season
Once it comes down to the regular season we have to focus on going out there and playing games. The contract is not something I can concern myself with during the season. If we get something done by the end of the spring, perfect.
basically confidence four great main pitches staying
It's great news. The main thing was confidence in all my pitches and staying consistent. I had all four pitches working, and that basically was it.
course finish five left ready seven situation starts time tough
Any time you go out there and you've got a shutout going, of course you want to finish it. It was the right move. I still have seven starts left and I want to be ready in five days. ... It's a tough situation for him, but he made the right choice.
confidence easily given sent trying turn work
They could have easily sent me down to work on some things, ... They didn't. They had the confidence in me that I would turn it around. I feel like I was given the chance. And I'm trying to do something with it now.
change contract fifth money motivated requires
You aren't going to see that much change with me. I'm not a person that requires much, so I'll be the same guy. I'm pretty motivated now. The money isn't going to change anything, the contract isn't going to change anything. I just want to go out every fifth day and give it everything I have. That's the way I've always been and will be.
calls chance time
Any time a fielder calls you off, they have a better chance of making the play,
blowing chance ended execute four game guy pitches upset walking wide
The thing I'm most upset about was walking Gonzalez. I've got to be able to execute pitches and give us a chance to get out of it. I can't walk a guy on four pitches. That's unacceptable, but it happened, and it ended up blowing the game wide open.
best came felt interest pitch released shut tried work
I felt it as I released the pitch before the one when I came out. I tried to work through it. I felt some tightness. I felt it was in my best interest to shut it down.
felt good matter repeating
I felt good today. It's just a matter of repeating it.
