beat great matter records rival school survival time tough versus win
It was a great win for us. Any time you beat a rival school, it's exciting. It doesn't matter what the records are, it's always tough when it's Auburn versus Alabama. It was survival of the fittest tonight.
consistent growing hard matter maturing realizing takes
They have been very consistent in how hard they have worked. It doesn't always parlay into a win, but they are always working hard. It is just a matter of them growing up and maturing and realizing what it takes to win.
answered bell knew plate proud role starter totally until
I knew it would be a totally different role for her because she wasn't even a starter here at Auburn until this year. She had a lot put on her plate and she answered the bell to all that. It's like, 'Here, boom, this is what's on your plate right now, go do it.' I'm very proud of her for that.
defense feeling good great job pressure spread trying wear
They have to be feeling really good about themselves. They do a great job of trying to wear you down with that full-court pressure defense and they have shooters that can spread the defense out.
basketball facility head job nice time wants
It's well overdue. It's time for a new facility -- I don't know how else to put it. Auburn has done a nice job with a lot of other facilities. Basketball has been neglected. It's very encouraging that Auburn wants to head in that direction.
again against excited forward games looking played playing sure
We're very excited to play them again, and I'm sure that they are excited to play us again because they probably played one of their better games against us. I think right now we're playing better than (we were), and we're looking forward to the rematch.
ball gave handle holding limiting offensive rebounds
It was the only way we could handle them, limiting their possessions. But we gave up 24 offensive rebounds and 29 turnovers. When you do that, holding the ball doesn't do you much good.
absolutely answer ball extremely shot tennessee
Tennessee was outstanding today. They shot the ball extremely well, and just absolutely just manhandled us. We didn't have an answer for it. It was a long day for us.
both defensive ends good heck mostly strong talked terms
LSU is talked about mostly in terms of their offense. They're a heck of a good defensive team, too. They're very strong on both ends of the floor.
extremely good playing
LSU is a well-oiled machine. They are extremely talented, but we feel we are playing them at a good time.
difference game improved last shooting year
She's the difference between-maker between last year and this year, because her game and her shooting have improved so much.
coming continue hopefully inspired kentucky night slowly
She's slowly coming around. Her play the other night was very inspired at Kentucky and hopefully we can continue to see that out of her.
calls concerns continues mean whatever
She's not getting the calls she deserves. Just because she's 6-foot-7 doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to. It concerns me if this continues to happen.
aware ball fit guard touches whether
She's a difference-maker whether she touches the ball or not because you have to guard her and be aware of where she is. She's just not fit enough right now.
