Nell Fortner is the former women's college basketball coach at Auburn. She is most well known for leading the 2000 Olympics team to a gold medal. She has received numerous awards including the 1997 National Coach of the Year, the 2000 USA Basketball Coach of the Year and the 2008 SEC Coach of the Year. They have to be feeling really good about themselves. They do a great job of trying to wear you down with that full-court pressure defense and they have shooters that can spread the defense out.

They have been very consistent in how hard they have worked. It doesn't always parlay into a win, but they are always working hard. It is just a matter of them growing up and maturing and realizing what it takes to win.
