It keeps your ego in check. I guess there's a mentality that says that when you reach a certain age, no matter what you've done, your skills are just diminished. So you have to prove yourself again and again ... 1995, 2001 and then last year, when I went to Kansas City and had to do it all over again for a new team. Those are all milestones.
