Now teachers and principals at our schools can go up there for the training because it's just amazing.

It's just an old building. We had to do away with it. It would soon become an eyesore, so we're just going to clear it off and sow some grass so it'll look nice in the community.

The gym will come down. It was just too dangerous for us to try to do it ourselves.
