The Nationals have a good bunch of guys and I enjoyed my time in Washington. Anybody that knows me realize that my family comes first and I want to be close to them during the season.

It's a difficult situation for the organization and for him personally. I don't really think anything good can come out of this.

It's a little strange. You never figure something like this happening with just a couple of days left in the season, but as soon as you think you've seen everything, something else comes up, ... I'm happy to come over here and help them out.

He's definitely not a bad kid. He's quiet and he plays hard. I don't really think anything good can come out of this, as much as we're having to talk about it. Hopefully we can resolve this thing in a day or two.

All losses hurt the same. But when you go out there and you do it in that type of fashion, it's hard to swallow.
