Two-a-days do get you in shape in a certain way. But then there's that cutoff point where guys are getting too nicked up or too tired to go twice a day. So it's tough to say.

It's so hard for Pep because once you start to do big things, the expectations keep growing and growing and growing. It gets to the point where the expectations are unreal. He had a good year, but people always want more.

There was a point where we were losing a lot of close games. We were right there, but we were losing a lot. The turnaround was the San Francisco game. Since I've been here, I've never really seen him miss any time. He had that foot problem around the time of the Super Bowl (in 2003), but the guy is durable. It is kind of shocking to see him get nicked a little bit, but sometimes that happens in this game.
