We've kept the standards up pretty high. I think everybody goes through the personnel changes that are fairly dramatic and can affect your team. We've been able to fight through that and still win our share. We've tried to adhere to that standard that was established in the first few years. We're still trying to live up to that.

Marshall always does it and Marshall wasn't in the game. That's an issue for me. We always practice it with Marshall and he's supposed to be in the game. There was some confusion there. That's a coaching deal all the way.
We don't do that. You don't take yourself out.
adam alternate days eventually gets keeping last next point sore time today until week
We'll alternate days with Adam until he gets into the point where the next day it (his foot) is not as sore. It's not as sore today as it was last time so we'll just keeping working him into it and eventually he'll be back. Hopefully, this is over in a week or 10 days.
We've got to regroup. We're better than this.

Obviously, I wasn't what Mickey was looking for. I thought it was a terrific situation. I was very impressed with their front office and how they do things. And I think (the interview) went very well.

Obviously, he's going to play. He's going to be hurting during the week, and it's going to be hard for him to move around for a while, but as each week goes by he'll get better and better.

Obviously this is something that we feel like he was able to fight through and move on with his life, and if we didn't feel good about that, then obviously there would have been a lot more hesitation if we were to take him.

It's quite a deviation from what we've seen in the past few years from the Giants. They do a lot of things. You just don't know what you're going to get, so you have to be prepared.
