Kids are going to be curious and matches or lighters should be kept away from them. This fire could have been more tragic than it was. Fortunately, everyone got out safely.

We were venting the roof and pulling the ceiling. It was a good 30 minutes before we had it under control. The firefighters all did an excellent job. But the house was full of smoke so a lot of things are damaged.
club community cool crowd events generation german next older people shows
It used to be kind of an older crowd at the German Club, but there's a new crowd there. Me and my pals are kind of the next generation of German Club people. We're not just going there to drink, like some people assume. We're community people who want to make the German Club a cool place to go that has shows and other events like that for young people.

The fire had progressed so much that the garage was almost down when firefighters arrived on the scene.
