As repetitive as it can be, it's different every year.
We got to the foul line quite a few times. Didn't make as many we would have liked, though. But it was the fools' gold that beat us. We were 1-for-17 on 3-point attempts. You can't shoot like that against a good team like East.

It's nice to have (Perez) because he's tough up in between the tackles, ... and you have to honor (Hicks) because of his speed. And then (Craig) Smith can come in with nice quickness with the counters between the tackles. Sometimes teams will forget about him.
It was a nice way to win a pitchers' duel. It was a great game.
