There was a little fool's gold there. I felt like the game was a lot closer than an 11-point lead. We had the Cooper kid make some shots.

We were pretty good in transition defense in the first half. We did a much better job in the second. Just about every time we made a mistake in the first half, bam bam, they would be right there.

We have made some ground, but we are looking for some more. We had a good trip last week, but we are just a couple of week's removed from a bad first half (against South Dakota Tech).

They came out and got some loose balls, key offensive rebounds and made some plays. They did what they needed to do and we were very lethargic. The two were a bad mix.

Athletics are a funny thing. As players, you have choices. We made a choice (Saturday), last night we didn't.

They grab and gamble all over the court. We haven't faced that this year. We turned the ball over 14 times in the first half (in a 77-75 loss to Dickinson in December). We are only averaging around 14 a game.

Co Co continuing to hit daggers probably made them feel it more. I know that Co Co was tired.
believe build five four freshman hard player program true type work
It is so hard to find a true five-man. To have Mitch with us as a freshman and to have four or five years to work with him is exciting. We believe that he is the type of player we can build the program around.

I thought we moved much better in the first half. We did a good job of perimeter shooting in the first half.

Glasser is a tough match up. He can be hard to handle. English is just steady in there.

He was unbelievable. It was probably the second best, not points-wise, but overall performance I have seen live.

Charles (final two shots) were big. It was like they had taken their best shot and came up short.

The first three or four minutes we let down defensively, particularly guarding the ball. (UND) got to where they were hard to guard and we quit scoring. But the last eight minutes of the game we came back.
tough weeks
All the weeks are big. It is tough when there are only 14 (DAC) games.
