Mike DeBordis an American football coach. He currently serves as the offensive coordinator at the University of Tennessee. DeBoard was the head football at Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2003, compiling a record of 12–34. It could very well be because you don't know when you're getting a kid. You don't if he's at class, you don't know if he's at lunch, you don't know where he is at that time. So when you leave that text, you don't know what he's involved with. I think kids feel like they have to get back right away when somebody texts, and I think it's interfering with things they should be doing. You don't want to overdo it, because you don't want to upset the kid or the family.

We have always done a good job of evaluating offensive linemen. But more than anything, I think their success at the pro level has to do with the pro-style offense we run. We have used a mix of the run game and pass game for several years now and guys are forced to develop in both areas.
