We started a little slow, but then we had a big third quarter. This was a big win for us. I guess we were all hopeful, but we are a little surprised (to be 6-0). We also know there's a lot of season left and we have to complete the second half.

He's playing well and Dundee is a dangerous team. Some games they look like world beaters. We're going to have to play a good game to win at their place.

I knew it would be difficult to go through our league undefeated, but I did know we would be in the running. I don't think anybody picked us to win the league, but I knew we would be good with all the senior leadership we have.

My kids have worked tremendously hard and deserve it. The hard work has paid off. We're beginning to gel.

We (the coaches) are going to have a little dinner and a couple of Pepsis and celebrate. We're tickled. The kids have earned every bit of it. I can't tell you how hard they've worked.

We've got a lot of guys that can do a lot of different things. They're a team. They don't really care who scores. That's what we're after. We always look to spread it around.

We got into foul trouble and didn't play our normal defense. We were a step slow and they took advantage of it.

We didn't shoot well from the field (16-for-52) or the line (15-for-31). We were a little rusty.

He's been practicing, running some drills and progressing, but he's not 100 percent and I'm not willing to risk it. Neither is his family.
freshman game handling nice
He had a real nice game handling the ball. He's not a freshman anymore.

He hit a big shot in OT to help get us going. He really played hard and hustled tonight. We played good defense as a team. That kept us in the ballgame.
