I played so much better than yesterday. I could have finished at 9 under.
I played great on the front nine, but it's the last six holes that matter, ... Those two holes really killed me and went by really fast.
I played great, but all my putts, strangely, didn't drop,
I'm very relieved I got through today, ... It was really tough out there. It felt good after I made that putt. I have a lot more days to go, so hopefully I can keep that trend going.
I never had to wait like that before, ... I missed a couple of 4- or 5-foot putts that I should have made.
I'll be sure not to wear white tomorrow.
It was just a combination of bad shots that turned out to be really bad, and just a lot of wasted strokes out there. It was not my day.
After the sixth I felt a little bit more confident and it's a good start for tomorrow.
I don't really care what they think because I actually qualified for this event. So I feel I belong here. I'm not looking for 100 percent support. I know there are going to be people against me. I'm not going to stop just for them.
Before the birdies, I had a sense of urgency, ... I knew I had to do something to get things going.
He played amazing with those four birdies on the first five holes, ... He played awesome today. There was really no room for error.
If I feel like I played my best, I will be happy with that. Obviously, if I won, that would be my dream. But I'm just going to take whatever happens.
I felt really good on the front nine, but just couldn't get anything going on the back nine, ... I still finished under par, so I guess that counts for something.
If I'm destined to win, it's going to happen. I'm going to try my hardest.
