We're working with a slightly new system and the girls are still getting used to it. We're not the best finishers in the world to begin with, so the different runs are throwing off the quality finishes we do have in us. At least we're getting the shots, and early in the season, as long as we're getting them, eventually they'll start falling for us. The shot differential, we're not too much worried about that. We're OK right now.

A lot of people would say she is a feminist activist. I wouldn't say that. She became a leader without a banner. She's very creative and supportive of minority roles.

They had to get somebody. No disrespect to the sergeant because I think he did a lot of good, but the case was circumstantial.

It's regrettable that the mayor would take a position this early. Why didn't she write one letter supporting all of the area schools?
