allowing good great offensive ourselves playing stop team together
We're too good of an offensive team to play the way we've been playing offensively. Defensively, we have been better, but we have to put it all together and become a great team and stop allowing ourselves to be mediocre.
felt good nobody root
It felt good to come back and play at the crib. We ain't had nobody root for us in a long time, so it felt great.
celebrate feels finish good job team time tough
It feels pretty good right now. They're a tough team and we can celebrate right now but at the same time we still have a job to do and finish it off this weekend.
against came good illinois ourselves played reasons senior team ten took win
I think we took a good step. Illinois played the same team (winning 61-42). And in the back of our minds, we were measuring ourselves against them. One of the reasons I came back as a senior was to win a Big Ten championship.
flow good hurt second team
We never really got into a good flow as a team in the second half, and that really hurt us.
continue good rest
We did some good things defensively. But we got to continue to fine-tune the rest of our game.
ball good hurt job paul
We didn't do a good enough job getting the ball into Paul in the post. That hurt us. We never really got into anything offensively.
became close good high known miss playing school since
I'm going to miss playing with him. He's a good dude. I've known him since high school, and we became pretty close friends. I'm going to miss that the most.
best davis guys inside lead neither open paul playing
We've got to get Paul Davis going. Once we get him going, that's going to open up a lot of things on the outside. That's the best way to play, inside out. Right now, neither of us is playing to our capabilities. We're the seniors. We've got to lead this team. The young guys look to us. If we're not playing well, we're not going to win.
afraid cream crop excited felt four played seen trust
Trust me, man, I've been here four years and I felt like I've seen it all. We've played the cream of the crop every year, so I don't think we're afraid of this schedule. We should be excited about it.
looks talk
We always know where each other are at. I like to run, and he looks for me. We always talk to each other.
beating confidence race ranked road team ten win
Beating a ranked team at their crib, that's huge. For this Big Ten race, that's something that we need. As a team, we have confidence we can win on the road now. It's huge. That's all I can say.
excuse tired yes
Yes we can. We've got to do something. Tired is no excuse.
beat key passing tough
When we play that way, it's tough to beat us. The key was passing the way we did.
