bit confident felt match second surprised win
I felt confident in the second set when I went ahead. I thought I was going to win the second set, then felt pretty confident if I did that I would win the match in the third. A bit surprised ... that didn't happen.
beaten played twice year
We've played twice this year and I haven't beaten her, but I'll just give it my best.
ahead believed best hoped neat

against beaten fought gave great nice struggling win
It's always nice to win against someone you haven't beaten before. I know Justine has been struggling lately, ... She's such a great opponent, such a great lady. I just gave everything I had tonight, fought and didn't give up.
against beaten bit feeling nice tired win
It's always nice to win against someone you haven't beaten before, ... I know Justine has been struggling. She's probably not feeling too well, a little tired and a little bit injured.
close loss
It's tough, ... Any loss is tough, especially in the finals, especially in a close match. Especially when you have opportunities.

competing couple good match months
It's a good start, my first match in a couple months competitively. It's always good to just kind of get going, get used to the environment, get used to competing again.
accomplish again great inside time voice
When I was out with my injury, I didn't know if I was going to be able to play again or not, ... There was just kind of this little voice inside of me that said, 'You know, you're not done. Now's not the time to retire. You still have some great things to accomplish in tennis.'
We'll see what happens. I'll just give it my best.
aggressive ball beat hard hitting
As long as I was hitting the ball hard and hitting it deep, our rallies were not that long. ... There was one way to beat her, and that was to be aggressive first.
