I felt good when we had them down there because if we get a stop, we're in good shape. But they just executed their offense perfectly. It seemed like their quarterback (White) made the right decision almost every time.
I felt like, looking at the season to this point, we probably haven't taken enough shots downfield to loosen things up,
If a quarterback places the ball properly, I don't think there's anybody who can cover him. He's just such a big guy. You can't slow him up. You better get to him if you want to cover him.
If a guy thinks every time he drops a ball you're going to drop him out of the lineup, it's very hard for him to gain confidence,
I don't think we've seen him as good as he can play, and he played really good the last five or six games last year. I don't want to put any pressure on him, but he's a special guy.
I don't think it's unrealistic for us to have a shot at it in any given year. I don't think we're too far away, really.
I get more charged up than it looks on the outside. It takes me a while to cool down.
If that hamstring didn't set him back, who knows where he would be,
He's grown up a Bulldog. His grandfather, his father, his uncle all played for Georgia, Georgia football is in his blood. I think it does help.
West Virginia did a heck of a job jumping on us. The only consolation is we didn't lay down and die.
He's a big-league talent. I wish he wasn't a freshman. Hopefully, we won't have to play him for a while.
Going for the fake punt showed a lot of guts and great execution. You've got to give them credit.
He's a lot like Fred Gibson, ... Fred had a lot of (missed assignments) as a freshman, but he also had a lot of production. So we tried to get him on the field.
How will we handle that close ballgame? ... How are we going to handle being down 21 points at halftime to Boise State? Is everybody going to push the panic button, or can we stayed poised ... ?
