based difficult fact green ncaa necessity putting regional sitting sliding strong successful western wisconsin
Having a successful regional is predicated on Wisconsin being here, and based on the fact where they are sitting in the pair-wise, it's going to be very difficult for the NCAA not to put them in this region. I can't see them sliding in the pair-wise, and consequently, with the necessity of the NCAA establishing strong Western sites, I just can't see the NCAA not putting them in Green Bay.
based dynamic focus hockey line production receive states united
They are probably the most dynamic line in the United States Hockey League. Their focus is based on the production they receive from (that line).
finished scoring
Sometimes they go in, and sometimes they don't. The thing is, we finished our scoring opportunities.
against break chip loose pressure puck style sustain team time tough
We have a (heck) of a time against this team. It's their style. If there's a loose puck in their D zone, they don't break it out; they just chip it out, so they're a real tough team to sustain pressure against.
learned lose playoff progress ready sight willing
We've made a lot of progress this year, and we can't lose sight of that. We learned a lot about what to do and what not to do (against Omaha). That's playoff hockey, and we have to be ready and willing to compete.
hard played proud
I was proud of our kids' effort. We played very hard and played right down to the end.
desire full great omaha played plays second team third win
We played even with a great team in the second and third periods. But Omaha is a team that plays with a great desire to win for a full 60 minutes. We didn't do that.
jeremy moved perspective puck threat
We moved the puck exceptionally well. I thought Jeremy Dehner, from a power-play perspective, executed as well as he has all season. He really was a threat out there.
course game good hockey point scoring season third three
It was a pretty good hockey game for the third game in three days. I thought we had better scoring chances, but shootouts over the course of a long season come out about 50/50. It was a well-earned point for our team.
acquire eddie feeling opportunity presented trade
It was our feeling that when the opportunity to acquire Eddie Neville was presented to us, it was a trade that we had to make.
beaten hat last played team time tip
They battled. They're in last place in our division, but they've beaten every team in the USHL. They play hard, and they never quit. I have to tip my hat to them; every time we've played them this year, they've played us hard.
balanced four great lines team win
We had balanced scoring. All four lines were very effective. It was a great team win for us.
final good happened happy loss mean moral omaha periods played playing team
There are no moral victories, because a loss is a loss. Just because we're playing a good team like Omaha and we played well in the final two periods doesn't mean that we should be happy about what happened out there.
games good literally room stumble teams
We don't have a lot of room that we can stumble in. The good thing is that we do play each of those teams which makes those games literally crucial.
