act class conference deserve excellent pleased represent state team utah
I was really pleased that my team applauded when Utah State got in because they deserve to be in. They're an excellent team, a very class act and a team that will represent our conference well.
challenge deserves imagine staff
I can't imagine the challenge of that. Their staff deserves a lot of credit.
bothered double figures pressure
We're going to have to play better than we did in Moscow. We were up double figures and their pressure bothered us.
adjustment basketball good moving playing struggled
We're going to have play better than we did in Moscow. They've struggled with the adjustment of moving up in leagues, but they've been playing very good basketball of late. We're going to have to play well to get a W.
assurance kids respect won
The only assurance we have is, because we won our league, we would be in the NIT. All respect to the NIT, but that's not where these kids want to go.
boost extra hopefully itself league program proud represent time
I would like to think that our program has established itself enough to hopefully not need an extra boost this time of the year. But you know, we are what we are. And our league is participating in it and we are proud to represent our league and be part of it.
becoming confidence found playing versatile ways
I think we can still get better. But we have found ways to win. We are playing with some confidence and we are becoming more versatile offensively.
adding appreciate focused guys season
I think at the end of the season we'll look back and appreciate what these guys have done. I am focused, they are focused on adding to that (total).
ball difficult five four good guys missed putting reason scoring shots team time unless
We have some guys not scoring like they did. We are not a good team unless we have four or five guys scoring. We had a difficult time putting the ball in the basket. We missed a lot of shots and that was probably the No. I reason we lost.
key team year
We have more of a team than we did a year ago and that has been a real key part of our success.
games march played
We played well in spurts and didn't play well at times. Often games in March aren't pretty, but we were able to find a way to win.
afternoon fold game proud reasons several team teams win zero
We play an afternoon game with zero preparation and find a way to win the game. I was proud of our team that day. A lot of teams under those circumstances would have had several reasons to fold up their tent. They didn't do it.
challenge guys players plays reasons
It's going to be a challenge because they (the Bulldogs) are very good. They're not just a one-man team. They've got a lot of guys making plays for them. They've put a lot of players around Millsap. That's one of the reasons they're a much-improved team.
good
It's frustrating when you can't do what you know you are very good at.
