Mark Whitmore Evansis an Australian bass guitarist who was an early member of hard rock band AC/DC from March 1975 to June 1977. His playing featured on their albums T.N.T, High Voltage, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Let There Be Rock and '74 Jailbreak. Evans has played for numerous other groups, sometimes on lead guitar, including Finch, Cheetah, Swanee, Heaven and The Party Boys. We hit a bunch of threes early and got a false sense of what the game would be like. Sacred Heart does a nice job in the open court and finding No. 30 (Campbell) in the middle. Neither team played much defense, but we shot the ball well -- and it was a good thing.
I'm sure every coach says this about their team, but this is a special group. They never quite cease to amaze me.
I'm never satisfied, but that was one fine basketball game from the Mercy side. We did all the little things we needed to do.
