Marion Lois Jones, also known as Marion Jones-Thompson, is an American former world champion track and field athlete and a former professional basketball player for Tulsa Shock in the WNBA. I'm for a drug-free sport and always will be.
The ultimate would be to compete in a couple more Olympics, hopefully break some world records and wind up my sports career with a couple of years in the WNBA.

As a child I was very involved with sports and I knew at age 9 that I wanted to be an Olympic champion.
I've never worked a day in my life. Don't get me wrong. I work at track. If you love what you do, it's not work.
Greatness is defined by someone who is not simply awesome and wonderful in the sport they compete in but goes beyond that and is great in whatever they do off the track or off the court.
I train harder than anyone else in the world. Last year I was supposed to take a month off and I took three days off because I was afraid somebody out there was training harder. That's the feeling I go through every day - Am I not doing what somebody else is doing? Is someone out there training harder than I am? I can't live with myself if someone is.
We just had to keep our composure and play as a team and we couldn't go wrong. We were down 10, came back and proved that we're the champions.
I was only 24 then, but 18 of those 24 years had been dedicated to wanting to get to that moment.
About two weeks after he was born, I got back and started jogging and running. Now I'm full blast and I hope to make my return pretty soon.
Our lives are so hectic and full, and we have a big family right now.
