jobs giving give-100-percent
All I know is that when I come to the ballpark I'm going to be on time and give 100 percent. I know that I have to do that to keep my job.
forward looking sure
I'm sure he's looking forward to this big situation,
enjoying fun sure
I'm sure he's enjoying this. Having him here is a lot of fun for me.
almost ball college fun league playing win
It's not a 'rah-rah' college atmosphere, but it's fun and it's exciting. We're here to win ball games. It's almost like we're 10 years old playing Little League again.
feeling fingers good
I'm in the lineup. Feeling good is another thing. Just keep your fingers crossed.
ready season spring though
I'm not worried. I never like a lot of at-bats during spring training, though I do usually have better results. I'll be ready when the season starts.
bad
It wasn't all that bad of a game.
great wish
It's great to be back. I wish I could take two infields.
definitely hard last stick time work

happy hitting nice streak
It was nice to keep the hitting streak alive. But I would have been happy going 0-for-3 and getting a 4-1 win.
ball changed difference found game hit nice tonight
It was nice to hit the ball well. It's nice to have a four-hit game but I haven't changed anything. The only difference was that tonight the ball found some holes.
bringing finally home knowing matter took
It took a while, but she's finally got it now. I wouldn't be down here if she weren't out of the woods. It wasn't so much bringing her home as it was a matter of knowing she was going to come home.
good pitcher proved sure threw
We all know how good a pitcher he is, ... He sure proved it today. The same with our pitcher. He threw a pretty good game, too.
lose loss spoils takes team win
When you lose a game, it spoils everything. It takes all of us to win a game, that's obvious. It's a team game. The loss overshadows anything personal.
