That was the coaches' idea for us to go up and thank them. It was a great feeling to let them know we appreciate their coming all this way, staying with us during the season.

I don't know who that team was coming out of the gates at home. After the game we had a team meeting, and that's when we decided we wanted to turn it around.

We knew we could guard them, if we just worked on their tendencies and made them go to their weaknesses. We know they were scoreless for a while and that was definitely a confidence builder.

They can't say now, with two teams in the Sweet 16, that we're overrated with too many (four) bids. We proved by our teams that we're successful.

They were really aggressive and up on you. They were reaching a lot. They never adapted to the way the game was being called.

You never want it to end. Now that it has, you feel really down that you couldn't get that one more game. But it was a privilege to have this opportunity, and I'm proud Bradley basketball has done what it's done.

There were a lot of people writing us off, who didn't think we should be here. But we're still standing.

I think that coming into this tournament every guy believes that they have more to give maybe than they really believe. But I think we've given all we can, and it's been working for us.

I went to Hersey Hawkins and Jim Les basketball camp when I was in grade school. I've heard stories. Never on this level have I heard the amount of volume that's been going around Peoria and the buzz.
