The Pistons demonstrated tonight that they are a better team than us right now. We still have to improve on things and we are not the team that we want to be right now.
When you don't play great and you can still get the win, especially on the road, it counts almost double. I think it's a great thing.
There is a big difference playing with or without Shaq.
When our masseuse took care of Nash ... I requested to her that she tighten his leg, and twist him hard.... Just joking, obviously.
It is tough, but we can't use that as an excuse for what happened tonight. Every team in the league has to do it. Our mind-set just wasn't right tonight and we didn't come out the right way. The whole team struggled tonight, especially at the beginning of the game.
It's not something that started today or yesterday. He's been doing a great job for a while.
It was a great shooting night. But it doesn't mean I'm on a roll.
It was crazy. We were making all the shots.
It was so impressive because (Barry) did it in (20) minutes. It was nice to see him going like he was, but we all know that he's is very capable of that.
I try play the same all the time. I'll play hard if I play five minutes or five seconds. If I start or come off the bench. I will play hard. I will play tough and I will play aggressively. I try to get my rhythm going immediately.
It was good. Usually when you get hit in the muscle it's not serious. It was a back-to-back (Saturday), so I wasn't able to go. I felt very good today.
They are more physical. We are going to use (this game) to know them better. The last time that we played was a long time ago. So it's going to be good to know them if we really play them.
They were worried about Tony, and that opened things up for us.
It's important for me to start but even more important is that I feel the same way as a backup coming off the bench. You have to contribute any way you can. I try to do the best I can for the team and bring energy.
