We had a good speech last year at the end of the season saying we would raise the bar, ... I think every player kind of understood that. We came to camp ready to work. I don't think there's a key somewhere where you can say, 'This is what happened.' We came in, we gained a little confidence in exhibition games. From there, we haven't stopped working hard and trying our best.
guys job next openings prove team wants year
There's a lot of guys here on this team that have a lot to prove and when next year comes, there will be a lot of job openings so the organization wants to see a lot from these guys.

I kind of get excited a little bit. It gets me a little nervous when I think about that. This is certainly a big year for me. Who knows what's going to happen? There (are) a million possibilities. I just want to keep this thing going and whatever happens, happens.

There's nights when the other team doesn't get a lot of shots on you and keep you fresh. It seems like tonight they were shooting everything. They were shooting from the outside a lot to try and get some rebounds and I seemed to be in good position and then the D really helped me out on a couple.

I think our boards are finally the worst in the league. They're getting there, at least. It's just amazing. At least six shots like that. They seriously have to take a look at them. It's getting ridiculous.
