I told them that they did a really good job of executing our game plan for about 20 minutes. We have to carry that through for a full 40 minutes next time. I don't think anyone walked out of the gym tonight without thinking that we can compete at the highest level.

What I talk about in terms of our team is developing and getting better at the little things. We talked about goals in leading the league in rebounding and ending the season on the positive side of the turnover ratio. Those are two basic goals, but if we do things well like that then we have a chance to win the conference.

I just take it as it is. I don't let it frustrate me. I just try to work around it. With our kids, our theme is, there's certain things in life you can't control, so let's just make the best out of them. And that's kind of where I'm at right now. The academy has been around a lot longer than I have. I respect it and respect what they're all about, and I try to roll with everything that's thrown at us.

That's Candace. I've seen her do that since she was 15, 16 years old. I knew it was going to come one of these days, and so it doesn't surprise me. I don't think we'll be the last though ? in this tournament.

I'm so proud and impressed and really happy for how his career has played out. That has a lot to do with how he carries himself and how he deals with people. It's not just this year, obviously this year is great, but I'm just so proud of his whole career.
