dropping fall gradually rough second semester swim time
I usually have rough time in the fall and swim a lot better second semester and I've been gradually dropping times to where I want them.
girls knew personally proud pull sooner
Personally I am very proud of each and every one of the girls. I knew we could do it if we each did our own part, big or small, and we were able to pull it off sooner than we expected.

I think this was a pretty fun weekend and I think both teams of the guys and the girls do a really great job cheering for each other and keep each other excited and pumped up. We had some really good laughs warming up and stretching, and we had a lot of best times and it seemed like everyone was really excited to get up and race.

Words cannot express how we felt. We were all very excited.There were cheers and tears, hugs and kisses.
came definitely mac meets ready saturday second shows strong
We definitely came back really strong on Saturday and doing meets back-to-back and doing the same thing and going just as fast, if not slower, on the second day shows we are going to be ready for the MAC championships.

I think as a team goal, it is one of our last meets and we need to keep our heads up for the end of the season. A lot of people will be trying for best times which will get us ready for MACs and I hope we swim well.
