I don't think we lost because it was a shape issue; we literally played three days in a row and I don't think we lost because we were tired. I think we lost because we were overwhelmed by the situation, we got off in the latter part of the match. It's a learning lesson for us all, and we have a month to prepare for the tournament.

It's more than hitting hard; you have to find what the opponent can and cannot do and exploit that. I see them in the last three or four months as more accepting of my coaching.

It's really great that Ashley can step up and play at flight four comfortably. It's great to know she has that ability.

I try to show them that tennis is more a case of problem solving. When you're playing a match, in order to succeed, you have to find a way to manipulate the ball to win the point and the match.

It's a match we never should have won. They (St. John's players) don't have fond memories of that match. They don't like us.

There is no doubt in my mind after seeing the Southern Miss match, West Virginia match, and even the Troy match, there is a lot of fight and determination in this team. And if they are healthy they can (win).

We set many goals for ourselves this year, and one of those was to beat Yale. We just wanted it that badly and we fought.

We're playing for the team, playing for the school. The nerves are flaring right now, I want everyone to get in there, go in and play for the team. Understand that everyone has a part to play, it's getting us ready for where we were last season.
