alex chance close few good people quite starting
It's good to see Alex get his chance because he's been close a few times, but has never quite made it. Alex is a good player, and people here are starting to see what he can do.
best players shoots tough
It's tough because he shoots so much and comes off so many screens. He's one of the best players in the league. He's going to get his (shots). You've got to give him credit.

It's been tough. First we move to coach Weiss and now to coach Hill. That's not easy. But I think we're playing the way we need to play.

We know we can score, that's not the issue. We've got to get stops. Put the focus on that.
bottom consistency line perseverance run talked time
There was no flow, no consistency and no pick-and-rolls. We weren't running. We talked about how we wanted to run and didn't. The bottom line is we didn't do it at all. It was tough, but it was perseverance time for me.
awesome chance hope kid nba
This is something as a kid you hope you get a chance to do. Getting a chance to play in the NBA is an awesome thing and then you get a chance to play for your country, which is something I never thought would happen.
chance coach gave second thankful
Coach McMillan gave me a chance to play in my second year. I'll always be thankful for that, but it's just like any other game.

I think we played better in the last three games, ... Even though we lost Tuesday (in New Jersey) you could see the improvement. We are beginning to find ourselves and be more comfortable out there.

He's a workhorse. He doesn't need plays called to him. He gets offensive rebounds. He knows where to be on penetration. I know he knows to be ready for that ball, and that's big.
