I was playing softball, and wasn't playing baseball. I was on the bench in the beginning and I had to earn my ranks. I started to practice, went to the batting cages, starting running and lifting weights. Ever since then, I have been hitting either first or second in the lineup.

It's not a difficult thing to fix, but if it's ignored it can cause real damage. Small businesses are especially susceptible, since their IT staffs are typically very small and are more likely to be focused on the here and now, as opposed to something that's a year away.
