baseball direct good last league pitching win
Uh, look. When you're last in the league in pitching and last in the league in errors, that's not a good combination to win baseball games. We're last in the league in walks. There's a direct correlation between those things.
good guys trying
I think he's just trying to make our guys confident. It's a good ploy.
adrenaline ball club doubting frequency good maybe nice outside playing start sudden takes talent win
When you win with the frequency that they did, you're playing with a lot of confidence. That adrenaline takes you a pretty good ways. All of a sudden you start losing, and maybe you start doubting yourself a little bit. Outside of that, it's a nice ball club with some nice talent over there.
against cleveland double good knew playing team win
We knew Cleveland would come back at us. What a big double play at the end. This is a good win against a team that's really been playing great.

It makes me feel good just talking about him,
good job nice prepared worked
He did a really nice job in our two years together. He was very well prepared and worked hard. He did a good job with our young pitchers.
basically believe good hard inside job lee nice players preaches program staying weight works
He works hard with these guys. He's got a program for most of these kids. Lee basically preaches staying inside of the ball, a little weight shift, and right-center, left-center, which is a good way to teach. The players believe in him. He's done a really nice job with our hitters.
days hard played
Really, it's like two days off with the day off (today). He has played hard this season; played a lot of games.

basically happens hoping regrets rest somebody
I was hoping that we could do basically what we did over in Seattle. It didn't happen, but it's on the right path. Somebody else can take over and take it the rest of the way. I've got no regrets about what happens now.
bother humble instead kick next putting sudden win
It doesn't bother me, but I get a kick out of it, because now, you're putting expectations on yourself for no reason, ... Just go out there and play, and play hard, have fun, win a ballgame, be humble about it and go out and try to do it the next day again, instead of having that bravado. All of a sudden you've got to back up bravado. You don't have to back up humility.
curtail fan field happening hate playing type
I think it will probably curtail that type of thing from happening at other ballparks. It'll keep the playing field safer, which is a concern. You hate to see a fan penalized, but what are you going to do?
