art caliber launch local perfect promote rather serious trying
We are trying to promote a serious art gallery, rather than one that displays local crafts. We thought someone of his caliber would be perfect to launch this new image.
bible city climate families painting people raising
People raising families don't know you can't have a painting with a Bible in it (in City Hall). The city never would have done this if we were not in such a climate of fear.
censorship slightest upset
What really upset me is censorship of the slightest hint of Christianity.
hang prints
This whole thing could be over with if they just hang the prints and fine, it is done.
bible edge nice pictures
These paintings, these nice little pictures are banned? To me that is just way over the edge and yes, that made me angry. Oh, a Bible -- so what? It is art.
everybody lost won
I don't look at it like they lost and I won. I think everybody won because this is the right thing to do.
