We knew after winning the MAC tournament and the regular season last year that we would have a huge bullseye on our back. Coach (Curt) Miller talked about that all year, that we had to be ready every night because so many teams would be after us even more.

It was important that we came out and played two solid halves. I think for the most part we did that, and it will definitely give us momentum for tomorrow.

We held our composure. We talked about trying to get it two by two, and dwindle their lead down.

We feed off of each other because we both have the ability to go away from the basket and go inside.
