bag
It's so important for all of us that they give the bag back.
coming event exciting few national quite second towards
It's so exciting to win, it's something that I've been working towards for quite a few years now, coming second to Jodie quite often, so to get a national championship in that event is very exciting for me.
chance focusing learn program races
I never say anything is impossible. But I am just focusing on reaffirming what I did at the Commonwealth Games. I am here to learn from all of my races and see what I can do after such a big program at the Commonwealth Games. I haven't had a chance to come down from my achievements.
change competition finals past racing scariest struggled swim toughest
It was probably one of the scariest finals that I ever had to swim in because I've had my toughest competition here. I've really struggled in the past racing Jodie and Alice. That's the one thing I wanted to change in this race.
field good hard intensity sustain time win
It's been very hard to sustain my intensity but that was a good time in a good field so to win was great.
amazing broken earth exciting records
I've broken world records before and it's still exciting and amazing but I'm more down to earth about it now.
happy max obviously plan rhythm third
Third into the final, I'm happy with that. The plan was obviously not to max out in the morning, just get back into the rhythm of racing.
capable sort
That's insane. I never really thought I was ever capable of that sort of thing.
finished happy relief
I am just so happy that it is all over, it is such a relief to be finished racing.
bed bit definitely hurt liked massage spent time
I would have liked to have spent a little bit more time in bed this morning. I'm a little bit sore. The 200 (relay) probably hurt substantially more than I ever thought it could. I am definitely going to have a massage now.
focus outcome problem thinking
Obviously, I had the problem of thinking about the outcome again, so I didn't focus on the process.
bit gold obviously pressure seven win
Obviously I can't win seven gold now, it's impossible, so it's a bit of pressure off.
girls gold medals special swim three week
It's been such a special week for me but I wouldn't have got three of those gold medals if it weren't for the girls I get to swim with in the relays.
alice oldest race
It's kind of embarrassing - Alice told me before the race that I was the oldest in the race.
