We were very excited to have 'Z' come in and play well. We missed him the other night. Tonight we executed and made the big shots.
It was one of those nights where you come out and you just don't bring it. This is what happens. These guys (with the Magic) are in the NBA just like we are, and this is what happens when you don't bring it.
Coming off a back-to-back, with a big win last night against Indiana, it would have been easy for us to not bring intensity. Early on, our team didn't have intensity. I saw that and I had to pretty much take over matters. I've been able to take my team on my back.
James also revealed he and his teammates smoked marijuana one night after getting access to a hotel room in Akron.
As loud as they were , they need to go home now and start soaking up a lot of tea, drinking a lot of tea for the next 36 hours, whatever the case may be, 'cause they need to be just as loud Thursday night. We need you guys to get those voices right. But they're gonna be unbelievable Thursday night as well. Those guys, everyone, they're amazing.
We did what we are supposed to. We protected home. We have to try to do it again Thursday night.
