I wanted that record pretty badly, so I was kind of upset after the race.

I wanted to be around a 4:50, but I was happy with this. Sometimes (being pushed) helps me. I probably could have used it today.

I'm much more excited (today). I wanted that record bad, especially since (Friday) I just missed it.
intense meets olympic trials
The meets like the Olympic Trials are much more intense than states. This is pretty relaxing.
