Larry Edward Cokeris an American football coach and former player. From 2001 to 2006, Coker served as the head coach at the University of Miami. I've really been encouraged with Frank and what he's done. He's having a lot of fun and playing with a lot of confidence. I really see more confidence in his knees now than I did a year ago. From what I've seen, unless there's a major setback, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't play.
