We're a little under, so right now it doesn't look like we're going to get there. There's still two more days to go, but it's looking unlikely at the moment.
expect ice melting start warm weather
We would not expect to get much inflow in two days. It would have to get very warm and start melting some ice in the tributaries and we really don't see that in the weather forecast.
