We've been hopeful that the Legislature would pass a bill that's strong and achievable and responsible and that protects our children. We're very pleased with the work that House Judiciary has done.

We understand that they may be going through a period of restructuring given the original complicated nature of the (resort). We are willing to work with them on those issues. We simply said that the financial responsibilities when it comes to the bond payments lie with the resort.

There was some type of fire in the deep mine. There are two workers that are currently unaccounted for.

It's really a multipurpose room. There's a place for the first lady to do the work she does, and if the governor wants to talk business, it's appropriate for that.

If there is a suitable and viable alternative site on state property, we are certainly willing to work with local officials to make that site available.

As soon as we can put a plan together, we will present it to the Legislature. It won't happen during this session. We need to really look at everything to fix the entire system. We aren't there yet.

We are waiting for the investigation to run its course. It's through the investigation we will get the facts about where things can be improved.

We are still working with them and support the project. We just couldn't justify giving them money for the bonds. We believe it is still a very good project.

We're waiting to see what happens in the conference committee.
