Every time Reggie is in your huddle, you're limiting the calls that a defensive coordinator can make. Reggie helps us in so many ways that you can't even imagine.
I don't think age matters. I've had four years here with coach Carroll. I've been next to Norm in the press box for the past four years. I've prepared myself. I'm not nervous, I feel extremely ready for it.
This will be more like a traditional NFL game, with great football players on both sides of the ball. This is probably a slower game, probably a lower-scoring game.
We weren't sure what to expect from him. He's really grown up. But this is his (final) year and he's worked his butt off.
Reggie is the best football player in America. It's not even close.
He won't even be out there today. He's getting another MRI. His back just locked up Tuesday. He's barely able to walk around.
He's changed from Auburn to now. At Auburn, it looked like there was a lot of carryover (from Tampa). I just don't see it anymore.
The quarterback was a little off so we wanted to get back on track.
We had our backups and we like to play somewhat realistic. We had about six straight runs before that.
He's really gone to the next level, he's much more mature and he's blocking a lot better.
I haven't even thought about that. I imagine that will be the perception out there.
Every week, you can usually find something on film to get excited about, something to exploit. They don't have anything. Those guys, to me, look like they have 11 NFL prospects. They don't look like anybody else.
In the five years I've been here, probably the best defense (we've faced), right there with Oklahoma last year. Extremely fast, and on film people have not had very much success with them. We'll try to find a way to make a couple of first downs.
The backups moved the ball against the first unit of an SEC team.
