We've been looking for something to get us going for a while. We had some long practices, we had some long meetings. But we got back to having fun out there. When you're having fun, you're going to player harder. When you're playing harder, you're playing better defense.

It changes everything. They're two guys with the same athletic makeup. They're blocking shots and getting rebounds. Second-chance points are something that's really hurt us this year. And when those guys are both playing like that, (the opponent) isn't getting any of that. It really does change a lot of things for us. We?re just playing together, we?re playing with a greater sense of urgency, and Allen is leading us. I really feel like he?s the key. He?s the leader and he?s been playing great. He?s been a lot more vocal. He has a different look in his eye. And when he has that look, he?s pretty tough to stop.

We're all just pretty disappointed. It was a long year, a tough year, a disappointing year. We're a lot better than what we've shown all year. I think everyone knows that. We just didn't come together like we needed to. There wasn't the cohesiveness we needed on this team.
