Since Day 1 when I took over, I've told our team I didn't want us to be known for that and to avoid it as much as possible. Whether it's joking or serious, I just told our players to keep their heads. I told them to put the team before yourselves and keep your cool.

We're blessed to have someone like her. She's an incredible role model. She's a player at the highest level, and she brings a perspective to coaching that is different from what I can bring. She's able to show our players things that she's doing daily to prepare for the national team.
