Definitely she's earned it. She has a pretty good track record. Since I don't have to make the decision, I'm glad.

I think that if I skate really well and give the performance of my lifetime ... maybe I could (win gold). I'm not going to rule it out, but I'm just trying to think about what I need to do right now.

I think sometimes there's definitely too much pressure on winning a medal. It's not always about what color medal you get, it's more about if you have a good time and you take away a good experience.

The people that win, they really have something special, they really enjoy it, they are in there for that moment. It is so inspiring because you can really feel what they are feeling.

I didn't feel that it was that bad of a mistake because it wasn't a major mistake.

I definitely wanted to do a clean short program, so I think I get an 'A' for that. Now I just want to do a clean long. I feel pretty good about going for a medal.

I feel it went really well. I did a PB (personal best) and had so much fun.

I'm definitely anxious to get back out there, because I feel really strong and ready to go. I can't wait. I think it's important to be out there on the Olympic ice and feel comfortable with it and kind of get your bearings straight.

thinking competition going-out
For my first pretty big international competition and the Olympics, I think I did pretty well. Medals aren't everything. It's all about you going out there and having a good time. I feel proud of myself.
